An inbox is a Gmail or Outlook email address connected to InboxIQ. A shared support inbox like support@yourcompany.com counts as one inbox. InboxIQ charges per inbox, not per person — a team of 10 where 2 people share one inbox pays for 1 inbox, not 10 seats.

What happens if I exceed my AI decisions limit?

AI decisions are used each time InboxIQ triages, classifies, or drafts a reply for an email. If you exceed your monthly limit, overage is charged per additional decision at a small per-decision rate. You can also upgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings.

Can I cancel my InboxIQ subscription at any time?

Yes. InboxIQ subscriptions are monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and your access continues until the end of the billing period.

How long is the free trial and what is included?

InboxIQ offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features on the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan or your account pauses automatically.

When a triage result triggers an automation rule, each action that executes counts as one run — archive, apply label, forward, notify Slack, etc. A rule with two actions on one email = 2 runs. This is what limits how much InboxIQ does on your behalf.

Can I add inboxes mid-month?

Yes. Inboxes are added at any time and prorated to the billing cycle. Remove an inbox and it's deactivated at the end of the current period.

What happens if I exceed my AI decision limit?

By default, triage pauses when your quota runs out and we notify you in-app. You can enable overage in billing settings to keep triage running — excess decisions are charged at the overage rate for your plan. You'll receive a warning at 80% usage.
