Draft replies grounded in your KB.
You review. You send.
After triage, InboxIQ reads the full thread, searches your knowledge base, and has a draft ready before you open the email. 30 seconds to review instead of 5 minutes writing from scratch.
InboxIQ never sends on your behalf • Every draft requires your approval

The problem: you're writing the same replies over and over
If 40% of your support emails ask the same questions, every reply still takes 3–7 minutes — hunting down the right KB article, rewording it in a friendly tone, then formatting and sending. At 50 emails/week that's 3–6 hours on answers you've already written before.
- › Hunting your KB every time for the same article
- › Inconsistent answers when teammates handle the same question differently
- › No record of which KB article backed your reply
- › Context switching between inbox, KB, and reply window
The fix: draft ready before you open the email
InboxIQ classifies the email, retrieves the most relevant KB article using semantic search, assembles a grounded reply, and places it in your dashboard. You open the email — the answer is already there, cited from your own documentation.
- ✓ Draft appears in dashboard before you open the email
- ✓ Grounded in your KB — not hallucinated
- ✓ Source article cited so you verify in 5 seconds
- ✓ You review, edit if needed, send from your own inbox
How it works
Email arrives
InboxIQ reads the full thread — not just the latest message — and classifies intent, urgency, and category.
KB search
Semantic search finds the most relevant article from your connected knowledge base.
Draft built
A reply is assembled grounded in the KB article, in your brand tone — not generic AI output.
Ready in dashboard
The draft appears alongside the email with the source article cited. One click to review.
You send
Review, edit if needed, copy to Gmail or Outlook, and send. InboxIQ never sends for you.
Connects to the KB you already have
No new tool to build. InboxIQ connects to documentation you've already written.
KB gap detection — a side benefit
When InboxIQ can't find a KB article for an inbound question, it flags the gap. After a few weeks you'll have a ranked list of unanswered questions — and exactly how many times each was asked. Most teams find 5–10 high-frequency questions with no article in the first month.
KB gap report — last 30 days
You are always in control
Review
Read the draft and the source KB article side by side. Verify the answer in 5 seconds.
Edit or discard
Edit freely or discard and write your own. Both actions improve future drafts.
Send from your inbox
Copy to Gmail or Outlook and send as yourself. InboxIQ has no send access.
FAQ
Can InboxIQ send replies automatically?
No. InboxIQ has no write access to your inbox. Every draft requires you to review and send manually — by design.
What if the draft is wrong?
Discard it. That signal trains the model. You can also flag which KB article needs updating directly from the dashboard.
Does it work without a knowledge base?
Yes — start with a plain-text FAQ covering your 10 most common questions. InboxIQ will identify what's missing.
Will it draft a reply for every email?
Only emails classified as support or billing. Transactional, promotional, and automated emails are handled silently by triage rules.
How does it handle sensitive topics like refunds?
It can only draft answers that exist in your KB. If your refund policy isn't documented, it flags the email for manual handling instead.
Does it read the full thread?
Yes. InboxIQ fetches the full email thread before drafting so the reply is contextually accurate, not just based on the latest message.
Stop writing the same reply from scratch every time
Connect your inbox and your KB. InboxIQ will have a draft ready before you open the email.
