How it works on mobile
InboxIQ applies labels and places draft replies directly into your inbox. When you open your mail app on your phone, those labels and drafts are already there — exactly as they appear on desktop.
- Open your Gmail app → your InboxIQ labels and draft replies are visible
- Open your Outlook app → categories and drafts appear in the right threads
- Open Apple Mail (connected to your Gmail or Outlook account) → labels and drafts sync through automatically
- Review a draft, make edits if needed, and tap Send
No extra app. No new login. No notifications from a separate tool.
Managing settings on mobile
Settings, automation rules, and knowledge base configuration are managed at app.kalevent.com, which works in a mobile browser. For the best experience, use a desktop browser for initial setup.
