Does InboxIQ send emails without my approval?
No. InboxIQ never sends an email on your behalf without your explicit action.
What InboxIQ does
InboxIQ reads incoming emails, classifies them, and creates a draft reply in your Gmail or Outlook Drafts folder. The draft is exactly that — a draft. It sits there until you open it, review it, edit it if needed, and click Send yourself.
InboxIQ has no way to send from your account unless you explicitly click Send in your email client.
What about Automation rules?
Automation Studio rules can perform actions like archiving, labelling, forwarding, and (coming soon) moving emails. None of the currently available actions send a new outbound email from your account.
If a future action type were to send emails, it would be clearly documented and require your explicit setup and confirmation to enable.
