I was charged but didn't use InboxIQ this month
InboxIQ subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming period, not based on usage. A charge on your statement means your subscription renewed for another month (or year).
Why you were charged
- Your subscription renewed automatically at the start of a new billing period
- You upgraded your plan mid-period and were charged a prorated amount for the remainder
- A previously failed payment was retried and succeeded
Check your billing history
- Go to Settings β Billing
- Click View invoices to see a full list of charges with dates and amounts
Each invoice includes the plan, period, and amount charged.
If the charge looks unexpected
Charge after cancelling: If you cancelled your subscription but were still charged, check the cancellation date on your invoice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period β if your card was charged before the cancellation took effect, the charge is for the period that was already active.
Unknown card charge: If you don't recognise the charge at all, contact support with the last 4 digits of the card and the charge amount. We will investigate and respond within one business day.
Requesting a refund
InboxIQ does not offer refunds for unused time in a subscription period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 30 days and we will review the case.
Cancel to avoid future charges
To stop future renewals, go to Settings β Billing β Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
