Can I connect more than one inbox?
Yes. You can connect multiple inboxes to a single InboxIQ account. Each connected inbox counts as one connection on your plan.
Connecting additional inboxes
- Go to Settings β Inboxes
- Click Connect Gmail inbox or Connect Outlook inbox
- Sign in with the account you want to add
- Approve the requested permissions
Repeat for each inbox you want to connect.
Mixing Gmail and Outlook
You can connect Gmail and Outlook inboxes on the same account. InboxIQ handles both providers simultaneously, applying labels in Gmail and categories in Outlook independently.
How many inboxes can I connect?
The number of inboxes you can connect depends on your plan. Go to Settings β Billing to see your current connection limit and usage.
Each inbox counts as one connection β whether it is your own inbox or a teammate's.
Separate inbox, separate AI context
Each inbox is processed independently. Labels, categories, and draft replies are applied to the specific inbox that received the email. Automation rules apply across all connected inboxes on your account unless you use a condition to scope them.
