How labels appear in Outlook
Outlook doesn't have labels β it uses categories instead. InboxIQ creates a set of colour-coded categories in your Outlook account:
| Category | Colour |
|---|---|
| InboxIQ/Support | Blue |
| InboxIQ/Support/Urgent | Red |
| InboxIQ/Billing | Dark red |
| InboxIQ/Updates | Orange |
| InboxIQ/Promotions | Purple |
| InboxIQ/Transactions | Green |
| InboxIQ/Social | Teal |
| InboxIQ/Forums | Cranberry |
These appear as coloured chips on each email row in your inbox.
Note: Unlike Gmail, Outlook categories don't appear as a collapsible group in the sidebar. To filter by category, use Outlook's search and filter by category name.
Draft replies in Outlook
InboxIQ creates draft replies in your Outlook Drafts folder. The draft is linked to the original thread.
