Invite a teammate's inbox

You can connect a colleague's inbox to your InboxIQ account without them needing to create an InboxIQ login. They click a link, authorize their Gmail or Outlook in their own browser, and their inbox is connected.

How it works

1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Under Invite someone else's inbox, enter your colleague's email address, choose Gmail or Outlook, and optionally add a label (e.g. "Sarah's Gmail").
3. Click Send invite. Your colleague receives an email with a one-click link.
4. They click the link, complete the Google or Microsoft OAuth flow in their own browser, and their inbox is connected to your account.

No InboxIQ account required for your colleague. No password sharing. No IT involvement.

What your colleague authorizes

The permissions are identical to a direct connection — read and modify access to their inbox so InboxIQ can apply labels and create drafts. They authorize this themselves with their own Google or Microsoft account.

After connection

Once connected, InboxIQ applies the same triage intelligence and automation rules to your colleague's inbox as it does to yours. Labels appear in their Gmail independently. The intelligence is shared; the inboxes stay separate.

Billing

Each connected inbox counts as one inbox connection in your plan. Check Settings → Billing to see your current inbox count and plan limits.
