Connect your Gmail inbox

Connecting Gmail takes about two minutes. InboxIQ will request read and modify access so it can apply labels and place draft replies in your threads.

Steps

1. Sign in to InboxIQ at kalevent.com.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations.
3. Under Connect your own inbox, click Connect Gmail.
4. A Google sign-in window opens. Choose the Google account whose inbox you want to connect.
5. Review the permissions — InboxIQ requests access to read and modify Gmail (to apply labels and create drafts). Click Allow.
6. You'll be redirected to your Gmail inbox. Within a few minutes, InboxIQ will begin processing incoming emails and applying labels.

What permissions does InboxIQ request?

InboxIQ does not request permission to send email on your behalf. All sends require your action.

Reconnecting a disconnected inbox

If your Gmail connection expires (Google OAuth tokens expire periodically), you'll see a disconnected status in Settings → Integrations. Click Reconnect and follow the same steps above.
