Team roles and permissions

InboxIQ has two roles: Owner and Member. The owner is the account creator; additional users are members.

Adding team members

Go to Settings β†’ Team β†’ Invite a teammate. Enter their email address to send an invitation. They'll create their own password and sign in to your shared workspace.

Members see the same inbox dashboard as the owner but cannot change settings or integrations.

Inbox connections and team members

Teammate inbox connections (invited via the one-click invite link) are separate from team members. A colleague whose inbox is connected does not need an InboxIQ login β€” their inbox is processed as part of your account but they have no access to the InboxIQ interface.
