Passkeys — register and sign in

Passkeys let you sign in to InboxIQ using your device's biometrics (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello) or a hardware security key — no password needed.

Register a passkey

1. Sign in to your InboxIQ account.
2. Go to Settings → Security → Passkeys.
3. Click Register passkey.
4. Your browser or device will prompt you to authenticate with biometrics or a security key.
5. Once confirmed, the passkey is registered. You'll see it listed under Your passkeys.

Sign in with a passkey

1. Go to the InboxIQ sign-in page.
2. Click Sign in with passkey.
3. Your browser prompts you to authenticate with the passkey you registered.
4. You're signed in — no password required.

Supported authenticators

• Platform authenticators — Face ID (iPhone, Mac), Touch ID (Mac), Windows Hello
• Roaming authenticators — YubiKey and other FIDO2 hardware security keys

Can I register multiple passkeys?

Yes. You can register passkeys on multiple devices (e.g. your laptop and your phone). Each device needs to register separately.

What if I lose my device?

If you lose the device with your passkey, sign in using your password instead. Then go to Settings → Security → Passkeys and remove the lost passkey. Register a new one on your current device.
