Two-factor authentication (TOTP)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your InboxIQ account using a time-based one-time password (TOTP) app like Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.

Enable 2FA

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. Under Two-factor authentication, click Set up 2FA.
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
4. Enter the 6-digit code shown in your app to confirm setup.
5. 2FA is now active. You'll be prompted for a code on every sign-in.

Signing in with 2FA

After entering your email and password, you'll be prompted to enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. The code refreshes every 30 seconds.

• 1Password
• Microsoft Authenticator
• Any TOTP-compatible app

What if I lose access to my authenticator app?

Contact support at support@kalevent.com with verification of your identity. We'll help you regain access and reset 2FA.
