How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password or cannot sign in, you can reset it from the sign-in page.
Reset your password
- Go to the InboxIQ sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password? below the sign-in form.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- Click Send reset link. You will receive an email with a reset link within a few minutes.
- Click the link in the email and enter a new password.
- Sign in with your new password.
I did not receive the reset email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you are using the email address you signed up with.
- The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it has expired, request a new one.
- If you still cannot find it, contact support@kalevent.com.
Sign in without a password
InboxIQ supports passkeys β you can sign in using Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello instead of a password. If you have a passkey registered, you do not need to reset your password.
Go to Settings β Security β Passkeys after signing in to set one up.
