How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or cannot sign in, you can reset it from the sign-in page.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the InboxIQ sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the sign-in form.
  3. Enter the email address you used to sign up.
  4. Click Send reset link. You will receive an email with a reset link within a few minutes.
  5. Click the link in the email and enter a new password.
  6. Sign in with your new password.

I did not receive the reset email

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you are using the email address you signed up with.
  • The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it has expired, request a new one.
  • If you still cannot find it, contact support@kalevent.com.

Sign in without a password

InboxIQ supports passkeys β€” you can sign in using Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello instead of a password. If you have a passkey registered, you do not need to reset your password.

Go to Settings β†’ Security β†’ Passkeys after signing in to set one up.
