Can I switch off Draft Reply in my account?

Yes. Draft Reply is enabled by default on all plans, but you can turn it off at any time.

Turn off Draft Reply for your whole account

  1. Go to Settings β†’ AI Features
  2. Find the Draft Reply Generation toggle
  3. Switch it off

InboxIQ will continue to classify and label incoming emails, but will stop generating draft replies entirely. You can re-enable it at any time β€” no data is lost.

Turn off drafts for a specific category

If you only want to stop drafts for one category (e.g. Transactions or Promotions):

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Triage
  2. Find the category
  3. Toggle Draft replies off for that category

Turn off drafts for a specific sender or domain

Use an Automation rule to skip drafts selectively:

  1. Go to Automation Studio β†’ New rule
  2. Condition: Sender email β†’ is β†’ sender@example.com
  3. Action: Skip draft
  4. Save and enable the rule
