What stays in Gmail and Outlook
InboxIQ does not delete anything from your actual Gmail or Outlook account when you delete your InboxIQ account. This means:
- Labels created by InboxIQ (e.g.
InboxIQ/Support) remain in Gmail - Categories created by InboxIQ remain in Outlook
- Drafts saved by InboxIQ remain in your Drafts folder
You can delete these manually from within Gmail or Outlook if you wish.
Cancelling vs. deleting
Cancelling your subscription keeps your account and data intact β InboxIQ just stops processing new emails after your paid period ends. Deleting your account is permanent and removes all data.
For subscription cancellation, see Managing your subscription.
