Managing your subscription

Go to Settings β†’ Billing to view and manage your InboxIQ subscription.

View your current plan

The Billing page shows:

  • Your current plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Number of inbox connections in use and your plan limit
  • Next billing date and amount
  • Payment method on file

Upgrade your plan

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Billing
  2. Click Upgrade plan
  3. Choose a new plan and confirm

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrade your plan

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Billing
  2. Click Change plan
  3. Select a lower tier and confirm

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.

If your current number of connected inboxes exceeds the new plan's limit, you will need to disconnect inboxes before the downgrade takes effect.

Switch between monthly and annual billing

Annual billing is available from Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Change billing cycle. Switching to annual gives you a discount and takes effect at the next renewal.

Update your payment method

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Billing
  2. Click Update payment method
  3. Enter your new card details

The new card is charged on your next renewal date.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Billing
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Follow the confirmation steps

Your account stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, connections are paused and no new emails are processed.
