Adding articles and past replies
Adding articles and past replies
The more context you give InboxIQ, the better its draft replies. Uploading your product documentation, FAQs, and past replies is the single most impactful thing you can do in the first week.
What to upload
| Content type | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Product FAQs | InboxIQ uses them to answer common questions accurately |
| Help centre articles | Grounds replies in your actual documentation |
| Past email replies | Teaches InboxIQ your tone and how your team writes |
| Pricing page content | Ensures billing replies reference correct prices |
| Onboarding guides | Helps with new customer questions |
How to upload
- Go to Settings β Integrations β Knowledge Base.
- Click Manage Knowledge Base.
- Upload files β supported formats: Markdown (.md), plain text (.txt), HTML (.html), PDF (.pdf).
- InboxIQ processes the files and makes them available to the AI within a few minutes.
Linking online resources
You can also provide links to Google Docs, Notion pages, or any public URL. InboxIQ fetches and indexes the content.
How much to upload
Start with 5β10 articles. Even a small knowledge base significantly improves draft quality. Add more over time as you identify gaps β your dashboard will surface topics where the AI is generating low-confidence drafts.
