Connecting your help centre
If you have an existing help centre (Intercom, Zendesk, Notion, GitBook, or any public URL), you can link it so InboxIQ indexes the content automatically.
Supported sources
- Public URLs β any page with readable text content (Google Docs, Notion, GitBook, Confluence, etc.)
- Uploaded files β Markdown, TXT, HTML, PDF (see Adding articles and past replies)
Adding a URL source
- Go to Settings β Integrations β Knowledge Base β Manage Knowledge Base.
- Under Add online resource, paste the URL of your help centre article or documentation page.
- Click Add. InboxIQ fetches and indexes the content.
Tip: Add individual article URLs rather than the root URL of your help centre β InboxIQ indexes one page at a time, not entire sites.
Keeping content current
InboxIQ does not automatically re-fetch URLs. If your documentation changes, remove the old URL and add the updated one.
